AEO Consultants

We help you achieve AEO status in customs simplifications and/or supply chain security, in accordance with Regulation 952/2013, which establishes the Union Customs Code (UCC).

AEO Consultants

As AEO consultants, we apply the following methodology:

  • Development of the working system. This involves creating protocols and records that define the customs methodology each client must follow, both regarding customs simplifications and supply chain security. Moreover, it considers the risks identified in accordance with ISO 31000 – Risk Management.
  • We also take into account the requirements of AEO, Trust & Check, ISO 27001 for information security, and ISO 28000 for supply chain security. This approach helps demonstrate compliance with all requirements needed to become an Authorized Economic Operator.
  • Preparation of the AEO self-assessment questionnaire based on the company’s reality. This document will be submitted with the application and used during the AEAT audit.
  • AEO application to Customs. This includes assisting in the preparation of required documentation, such as solvency certificates or criminal background checks for personnel with responsibilities, among other documents.
  • Internal AEO audit to ensure efficient and effective compliance with AEO requirements.
  • Support during the audit performed by Customs authorities.

To carry out this work, we conduct both on-site visits and remote sessions—via videoconference or online—using our Gesttic methodology, based on Microsoft 365.

Guaranteed success. More than 100 successful AEO certifications support our track record.
