Steps to obtain IQNet SR10 certification

To obtain IQNet SR10 (Social Responsibility Management System) certification, you must follow these key steps:

  • Commitment from senior management, through the definition of a social responsibility policy aligned with IQNet SR10 and other ISO certifications.
  • Initial diagnosis to assess the current level of compliance with the requirements of the standard. The needs and expectations of stakeholders must be analysed (materiality analysis). This helps to identify risks and opportunities for improvement related to social responsibility.
  • Design and implementation of the management system, establishing the necessary processes to comply with IQNet SR10 requirements. This involves integrating social, ethical and good governance aspects into management, for example through a code of conduct. In addition, the system must be aligned with other already certified systems (ISO 9001 for quality, ISO 14001 for environmental management, ISO 45001 for occupational safety, etc.).
  • Training and awareness-raising, training key personnel on the standard and social responsibility. This should promote ethical and responsible values.
  • Monitoring and continuous improvement. This involves defining indicators to evaluate the performance of the system, conducting internal audits and establishing corrective and improvement actions.
  • Management review to periodically assess the effectiveness of the system. This helps to ensure its alignment with the strategy and current context.
  • Certification audit by an accredited ISO certifier. In Spain, this is AENOR. We are with you every step of the way to successfully pass the external audit and obtain the IQNet SR10 certificate.

The IQNet SR10 certification complements and integrates management systems based on ISO 9001 for quality, ISO 14001 for environmental management and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety, incorporating social responsibility as a cross-cutting theme in the principles of sustainable development. This standard allows for the consolidation of quality, environmental management, occupational health and safety aspects into a single framework, together with ethical commitment, transparency, fairness and respect for human rights.
